Historic Downtown Clermont
Clermont…Founded in 1884 and incorporated in 1916, Clermont was platted and laid out on the rolling hills between Lake Minneola to the north and Lake Minnehaha to the south. This beautiful backdrop has now become the home to Olympus, the largest Olympic Training Center in the US! You will find our town provides everything needed to train world-class athletes!
We are not too far from historic Downtown Clermont. This town is filled with eateries, breweries, markets, coffee shops, a gorgeous bike trail, and a waterfront! The farmer’s market is on Sundays from 9 am – 2 pm (1 pm in the summer time).
Shops & Coffee
One Utopia, Triangle Vinyl, and Clermont Mini Bar are the BEST!!! You will find such cool things ~ a huge vinyl record store, One Utopia coffee and alternatives, Clermont Mini Bar with a great craft beer selection and mimosas (they gave us a coupon for you!!!), and some great spots to eat all around! You will find them at 729 West Montrose Street!
Breweries & Winery
Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards opened its doors in February 1989 in Clermont, Florida and sits on a 127-acre estate in gently rolling countryside some 25 miles west of downtown Orlando. This area was once the center of the State's grape industry. Lakeridge ranks as Florida's largest premium winery.
We have multiple award winning breweries just minutes away too!
